Policies

​ CATERING INFORMATION
Our catering team is available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm by phone, by appointment, or through email to help with your catering needs and questions. This is a complimentary service we provide our customers.

PLACING AN ORDER
We recommend you place your order as far in advance as possible. Even if you aren’t sure of the date, we can temporarily secure a date. If we get other requests for the same time, we will consult with you first.
We ask that your final menu and number of quests be confirmed 72 business hours in advance of your event. An earlier confirmation may be required for large groups or special menus.
As a locally owned, custom caterer we’ve kept our business as a specialty catering company, allowing us to provide personal service and exceptional food. Unfortunately, it also means our calendar can become fully booked, quickly. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT
 A signed proposal is required on all events. This confirms your understanding of our policies including a 50% non-refundable deposit and secures your date.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated event costs will be required to confirm a date. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event or can be settled earlier.

CHANGING AN ORDER
We will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes to your order after it has been confirmed. However, if changes are made less than 72 hours before your event, we will not be able to guarantee those additions or reductions. Any reductions may not result in a reduction of cost, if food has already been prepared.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Funds beyond the non-refundable deposit for a cancelled will be refunded if we can reschedule your event date. All refunds are subject to a 10% charge on the estimated costs.
Events cancelled within 2 calendar days, the cancellation is non-refundable in any capacity.
These charges apply to all events for which a customer deposit has not been obtained.
During times of  local,  state or nationwide emergencies, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event,
​but we will not issues refunds.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard. American Express or check.
Payment in full is due when we arrive. Any additional charges will be on the credit card number on file. All charges are subject to Massachusetts state sales tax. Please     contact us for more info.
