No matter your event, location, or food choice, we are happy to create a drop off catering package that you can pick up at our Hyannis location or we can bring the good times and great food to you! From our lip-smacking beef brisket to our award-winning St. Louis-style ribs, and hot cornbread to cold cheesecake, we’ll cater any personal or professional function that you’re hosting.

    *The Whole Pig, Just the Pig, and Hamburgers &Hot Dogs require staff person on site for cooking preparation. 
    Drop off packages do not include staff for serving purposes, guests will serve themselves. ​Your package will provide appropriate portions for your guests. However, when we are not on-site to serve, we do not have control of the portion sizes guests may consume. 

    ​​Additionally, there are times when we feel you will be best served with the full service option. We will make those recommendations when we send back your quote.
