Vito C. Marotta
Porky's BBQ Founder
For over 40 years, Vito and his family have been involved in the food service business. As a young person, Vito worked alongside his parents, Carlo and Doris, in their specialty food shop in the Cape Cod Mall and also helped with his Dad's snack concession route. After he retired from his work as a master electrician, Porky’s BBQ was founded with his family and so began a rapid ascent to being a leader in southern style barbecue at concession events and parties, weddings, and corporate events across New England.
Dedicated to providing the highest quality catering, Vito continues to work alongside his children, Vito, Audrey, and Carlo at food service events like the Big E and the Woodstock Fair in Connecticut. When he is not helping out in the trailer or at a catering event, he is enjoying time exploring New England and spending time with his family, including his grandsons.
