About Us.
Founded in 1992, Porky's BBQ and Cafe 75 have been serving BBQ fair throughout New England. The business started by the Marotta family, quickly became a well-known concessionaire at events like the Barnstable County and Marshfield Fair. Audrey and Vito worked from a young age running the business along side their parents, until they reached adulthood where they began running the cafe, catering, and concession operations.
Audrey is the clever, elegant, and sharp-witted owner of Cafe 75 Cafe, Catering, and Concessions. She has been part of the family business since starting in the Porky’s BBQ concession business a youngster. She is well-known for her exquisitely, hand- crafted desserts including her cheesecake creations and party cupcakes. In addition, she is an experienced chef who designs and prepares the menu's for the catering department. She is responsible for everything from A-Z starting with the preparing the menu to delivery or service, to clean up. Finally, when Audrey is not busy at the Cafe or preparing catering for local events, she can be found spending time, out and about, on Cape Cod, sharing the sights and sounds with her family.
In addition to Cafe 75 , the concession division brings the award winning BBQ to fairs and festivals across New England. The very hard working Vito D. started out in the concession business at age 5, at the Barnstable County Fair, pulling his little red wagon of supplies to the concession stand and roasting peanuts at the Marshfield Fair. Throughout his teenage years, he also entered and won a long list of BBQ contests, often being the youngest competitor in the competition. You can often find him running the concession business at events like the Big E, Chatham First Night, and at events across New England. Learn more her about our Event Vending. When Vito is not busy preparing a pig roast or BBQ Split Sundae, which he featured on Carnival Eats, he can be found enjoying time with friends and family on Sandy Neck or the Gulf Coast in Florida.
